SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges must follow Advance Beauty Supply guidelines. No warranty will be issued if receipt is not present. If issues arise, resolution is at the discretion of Advance Beauty Supply or manufacturers warranty.

Methods of payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please have credit card and billing address available when order is placed. Furniture orders over $200.00 and special orders must be prepaid.

Email services

With each order we will confirm your email address. This will ensure you will receive instant tracking of your order and notification of all sales. You can opt out of our email program any time.

Missing items

Claims for missing items must be received within 48hrs from receipt of order.

Returns

Please allow 10 business days for your credit card refund to process upon receipt of your return. A 30% restocking fee may be applicable. This fee may be increased on items that are either damaged or used. Incomplete displays and partial kits will not be refunded or returned. Credit issued only for merchandise returned.

Damages

Do not sign for shipments until you have thoroughly inspected for damage. Visible damage to cartons must be noted on the freight bill. We canít be responsible for shipments that are not signed for as damaged. Do not dispose of the box of packaging material until items have been fully inspected for damages or defects. Reports for visible or concealed damage must be made within 24 hours of receipt to 1.800.265.9593 Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). Upon confirmation of an available replacement product(s), the buyer must then send the damaged product(s) back to us. Once the damaged product(s) has been received, we will replace the product(s) and have it shipped back to the buyer at no additional cost. We welcome exchanges of products following the warranty of specific supplies within 14 days of purchase. Products to be exchanged need to be returned in its original, unopened packaging in re-sellable condition. If shipping is required, the cost of shipping would be the responsibility of the buyer. For all exchanges, a copy of the original invoice needs to be included.

Warranty

For warranty purposes please keep a copy of the original invoice along with the warranty card.

Shipping Information

Advance Beauty Supply ships with Canpar. Shall you decide to use Canada Post for your convenience there will be additional charge depending on current Canada Post shipping fees. Customer must notify us which shipping method they prefer to use prior to order processing.

For clients in the Greater Windsor-Essex County, we offer delivery services at a rate of $5.50 to $10.00Cdn per trip depending on specific areas. Please inquire at the time of order placement, the availability of our delivery service to your salon. For any order exceeding $200, we will cover shipping and handling charges, with the exception of oversized shipping items. For oversized items, you will be informed of exact shipping charges via telephone within 2 business days or less. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate. Please note that for all over-sized orders, neither your order nor your credit card will be processed until we receive your confirmation of the final order total with the adjusted shipping charge. For security reasons, our sales associate will require your identification information during the confirmation call.

For clients outside the Greater Windsor-Essex County, we offer delivery services at a rate of $10.00 - $50.00 depending on distance.

Advance Beauty Supply will not be held responsible for international orders shipped without tracking number.

Sales Tax

All applicable sales taxes will be added to your order. Customers must acknowledge which items are for resale (non taxable) at the time the order is placed with Tax ID number.
